The Zrii Metamorphosis
There’s no hiding it.
We are a little geeky. We admit it. We like butterflies. We use Mac computers. We design and develop software. And we listen to the CEO Update call.
In this week’s call Bill Farley explained that it’s a “process” to become a great company. He’s right.
As early stage tech entrepreneurs we’re familiar with the growing pains of success. It happens with all companies. If you think it’s going to be a Candyland ride to become a billion dollar brand you need to play more board games.
So when we heard Bill Farley say the company is going through a metamorphosis we got excited….
You see, there are always a few “make or break” moments. Zrii, as you may know, has had its share. No great company is born over night. There comes a time when everyone is either satisfied with their success or they decide to open their wings…and jump…again.
The current metamorphosis marks the transition from a single product company to becoming an established brand – one with multiple products in multiple markets. Yes – it will take more than one product to become a billion dollar brand. And that’s where things are going. Here’s why.
Zrii is building the product and people infrastructure to support billion dollar growth.
1. Management
Leadership is everything and Bill Farley is one of the best. Most are familiar with the so called Great Purge. A corporate cleansing can be a good thing. We’re excited about the new team Bill has put in place. They’ve already done amazing things with the new compensation plan and are expanding Zrii into new markets. Not the mention they are the driving force behind #2 and #3 on the list.
2. Products
We all know it is going to take more than Amalaki to become a billion dollar brand. That’s why the new Zrii weight loss product is so important. It will take the company to the next level.
3. Systems
At Zprosper we’ve built our share of technology and do some serious computer coding. So please…if you do anything…give the new Back Office a break. It takes time and refinement to fine tune software. The best way we can support the transition is to provide “user feedback.” This helps software developers identify which “bugs” are the priorities and resolve issues faster.
We’re also very impressed with the new compensation plan. Quite simply – it rocks. It might not seem like it but the compensation plan is an important “system.” The incentives woven into the plan are pure genius. Great work executive team. Somewhere our bank account is smiling.
Remember everyone, it takes time to grow. There will be some kinks. Prosperity is a journey – not a destination. Think like the butterfly. You have to go through the change and metamorphosis process to reach your truest greatness.
